Kali

I'm glad I got to kick off the start of Kali's senior year with some pictures in Stillwater last week. Kali is Brandon's beautiful cousin. I've only known Kali for a few years, and I thoroughly enjoy her warm personality and her adorable smile. And, I appreciate that she and her mom were willing to walk a little slower with this 9 month pregnant photographer!

I wish her the best as she ventures forward!

Grace

First it was Sebastian's senior pictures.

Then it was a family shoot last summer.

This year, it was Grace's turn for senior pictures!

I have had so much fun getting to know this family!

For the most recent shoot, we met up at the Walker Art Center Sculpture park...a great location for senior pictures with flair. Grace is an adorable soon-to-be senior with lots of personality. I wish her the best as she starts her last year of high school in Northfield.

And...I hope the Millins will find a reason for me to take their picture again next summer!

Josie

I have known Josie since she was a 7th grade student in my art class. In fact, Josie informed me at our senior photo session that I am the only teacher that has ever given her a detention!! Gee...I am much meaner than I thought. Sorry about that, Josie!!

All detention history aside, Josie is a beautiful, friendly, and talented soon-to-be senior. We met up in Hastings not too long ago for her pictures. She was game to do just about anything which made my job lots of fun.

Good luck with the start of your senior year Josie! And, avoid those teachers who give out detentions at all costs!!

PS - Remember Ellie from a couple of years ago? Josie and Ellie are sisters...and a quite a photogenic pair!

Jordan

Jordan and I met up for senior pictures at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis and the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul. Jordan is a sports whiz. He's been playing hockey pretty much since he could walk. My uncoordinated self and I were impressed with how many sports he's played since he was a kid. And beyond sports, Jordan is an all around quality kid. I had a blast taking his senior pictures.

By the way, Jordan's mom was our realtor last year when we bought our house. She's the best realtor inthe world. Click here for her contact info!

Victor

Victor is a person with lots of personality. I can safely say that I've never seen a person his age climb, jump, and hang upside down from so many things. I was exhausted just trying to keep up with him, but it certainly made for an entertaining senior picture shoot! Best of luck with your next adventures, Victor!

Makayla

It's senior picture season once again!

Makayla's older sister graduated from high school with me and I can't believe little Makayla is all grown up! (Sorry, Makayla, I couldn't resist!).

Makayla is an adorable senior. She was willing to try just about anything for the pictures, including posing with a cat, but more on that later. Good luck with your last year of high school!

In the middle of the shoot, this little cat showed up and wouldn't leave Makayla alone. I'm not sure what he liked better...the attention from Makayla, or being in front of the camera!
